Installing a Facebook pixel lets you record the people who have visited your website, so that you can send them targeted advertising through Facebook later on.
For instance, you can record everyone who visited your site, but also everyone who landed on a particular page or looked for a particular product, and then send them an advert about exactly that product.
It is worth giving people an easy way to ask about something they are interested in. Since most people are now used to communicating by chat message (Viber, FB Messenger, WhatsApp and the like), it helps to put a chat box in the bottom right corner of the site, where visitors can ask their question and get an answer from you within a set time.
Most purchases do not happen the first time somebody visits your site, which is why it matters to find a way of staying in touch with them. Email is the best channel — so the best thing you can do is try to get the email address of whoever has visited.
The easiest way to manage that is to offer something of value in exchange for the address. It might be a useful PDF that fits with what you do.
You need to make it more obvious that people can buy your products through the online shop, because at the moment nothing says so anywhere on the first screen a visitor sees apart from the basket icon in the top right corner.
One short sentence saying that this is an online shop would help. For example: "Shop online whenever you like!"
It is worth adding the add-to-cart button in several places on an individual product page. The decision to buy is not always made straight away — often it comes once the person has read more about the product they are considering.
