This policy describes how the TiramisuERP application (the “Application”), provided by Data Design (“we”), collects and processes data. The Application is a business tool intended for employees of companies that use the TiramisuERP system.
Login and account: Username, password, session token, the selected active company and assigned business functions/roles — used solely for login, authorization and displaying the modules the user is entitled to.
Content you enter: Photos, video, audio and voice recordings (e.g. comments on service orders), photographs of receipts, data scanned from fiscal receipts (number, date, amount, items, business partner), serial numbers, quantities, POS and other business documents.
Push token: A unique device token assigned by Firebase (FCM), Apple (APNs) or Expo Push — used for sending notifications.
Business data: Company documents and data (goods receipt/dispatch/transfer, service orders, incoming invoices, POS lists) within the TiramisuERP system.
• Camera — scanning QR codes and photographing receipts/documents/vehicles.
• Microphone — audio and voice comments.
• Notifications — alerts about service orders and comments.
Permissions are used only for the features listed above and you can disable them in your device settings.
To enable login and secure access, to carry out the actions you initiate (scanning, photographing, sending to TiramisuERP, processing orders), to send notifications and to keep the Application working correctly. We do not use the data for advertising, nor do we sell it.
We share data only: with your company’s TiramisuERP system (final processing of business data); with push notification providers (Google Firebase, Apple, Expo) — exclusively the token and the notification content; and where required by law.
The session token and push token are stored on the device and on the server while you are logged in. Business data and the content you enter are stored in the TiramisuERP system according to your company’s rules.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Montenegro (and the GDPR where applicable) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Send your request to the contact below. For data belonging to the company, the controller is the company using the Application.
Access is protected by a username and password, and communication with the server goes through authorized (token-protected) API calls.
The Application is a business tool and is not intended for persons under 16 years of age.
